W. A. Pickard Studio cream and sugar set with gold gilt handles and wonderful hand painted floral borders. Wilder Austin Pickard incorporated his studio in 1893 and initially imported blank china from Europe. This set was made by Delinieres & Co in Limoges, France somewhere from 1894 to 1899. Many of the original artists working in Pickard’s studio were from the Art Institute of Chicago. This set is in excellent original condition with no damage or repairs.
